Implementor was founded in early 2003 by Nicola Webb,
who was formerly the Client Services Director and then
the Head of E-Business at Osborne Clarke solicitors.
She was joined in early 2004 by Hilary Gladwell, formerly
the Director of Business Development at regional law
firm, Clarke Willmott & Clarke.
Neil Dymond, whose most recent roles were with Burges Salmon LLP, Clarke Willmott and Beachcroft LLP, joined in 2007. In 2008, the Implementor team was enhanced by Helen Hammond, who most recently was the
Head of Marketing and Business Development at specialist media law firm, Wiggin LLP.
All have extensive business-to-business and professional services experience, gained in a variety of sectors and coevring the entire marketing mix.
Both Nicola and Hilary have played active roles in
the Professional Services Marketing Group (PSMG) and
the PM Forum. Nicola established and chaired the PSMG
South West initiative from 1991-1997. Hilary succeeded
Nicola in this role and chaired the group until 2001.
Since 2005 they have been joint Regional Directors of PM Forum in the South West, with Neil acting as Chair since 2006. They are responsible for growing the organisation in the region.
All of the team are regularly asked to speak at professional
services networking events about best practice in professional
services marketing.
