Background
Dreweatt Neate are a leading regional property consultancy and residential estate agency. Founded in 1759, the firm has a reputation for integrity and professionalism across all of its four divisions. Nicola was appointed as their
interim head of marketing in January 2006, worked with them for 10 months and helped
to recruit a full-time marketing manager.
Strategy
She reviewed and revised the strategy
across the firm's key business areas, including residential agency, commercial, rural and development. This lead to new marketing plans for all areas.
Literature
Together with various external designers, Nicola helped evolve the firm's corporate style and produced new literature, including newsletters and direct mail flyers. Her major project was to produce the firm's annual Profile magazine - a glossy, lifestyle magazine aimed at clients and contacts across their service areas. Nicola devised the topics, wrote or edited all the articles, project-managed the design, sourced images, sold advertising space to help fund the publication and reviewed the database to create the distribution list.
Websites
Working with the in-house team, Nicola started to review the
required functionality of the firm's main website, with the aim of improving the design, layout and navigation.
