 Helen has specialised in professional services marketing and business development for over 8 years.
Helen joined Implementor in 2008 from a role as Head of Marketing and Business Development at specialist media law firm, Wiggin LLP. Wiggin's clients include book publishers, magazines, film and television companies, studios and channels, sports bodies and clubs, music companies, online gambling organisations and media technology platforms.
Helen was responsible for managing all strategy, communications, CRM and business development, including both internal and external project teams. Whilst at Wiggin Helen co-ordinated a full CRM review and rolled out a successful phase 1 CRM system. The firm plan to roll out Phase over 2008/9 with Helen acting in a consultancy role.
Helen began her professional services career as a Business Development Executive at Morgan Cole. Whilst here she project-managed the development and introduction to market of their innovative online-learning programme for clients. She also managed areas of the firm's new tendering and pitching process, the development of a client care programme and the successful roll-out of Interaction CRM.
From Morgan Cole, Helen was appointed Marketing Manager at Wilberforce Chambers. During her time there they won Chambers of the Year in The Lawyer awards and successfully re-branded, launching a new IP group at the same time.
Prior to joining Wiggin Helen spent a year working as a freelance strategy consultant for a small high-street firm. Whilst here she undertook an audit of marketing activities before assisting the partners in a successful re-branding and strategy programme. Helen was also responsible for setting out guidelines for PR activities, introducing them to the legal directories and managing a major, international press campaign, reporting on a recent case, on their behalf.
Helen sits on the regional board of the Government Marketing Academy scheme and lectures at Cirencester College (the pilot group). Helen regularly speaks at conferences, and is published, on the subjects of CRM strategy, business development and client care.
