Modules
Our services are arranged in modules, which provide
- we believe - the total solution for each consultancy
area. The modules can be delivered on either a fixed
fee or a daily rate basis. The fixed fee is based on the size and nature of your organisation
and the subsequent level of work required.
We are flexible and if you only need elements within
each module, we can also provide this, using a daily
rate charging basis. We will quote for this after an
initial (free of charge) discussion with you.
Work in progress
Once the consultancy is underway, we work in partnership
with you to deliver the service in a way that suits
you. However, as standard, we use project management
techniques to ensure that the service is properly scoped
and agreed at the outset, planned and timetabled, and
that any changes required along the way are accounted
for.
We believe in holding face-to-face meetings, if necessary, together
with telephone and email communication. To keep you
informed, we always produce brief action reports following
meetings.
