Background
Park Properties is a property development partnership that focuses on high quality in the creation of distinctive homes.
Park concentrates on the conversion of period buildings of architectural interest, as well as creating newly built homes.
Corporate identity
Nicola reviewed the firm's competitors and helped the founders more closely identify their target markets, together with their positioning statement. Nicola translated the positioning statement into a design brief, appointed designers and worked with them to produce the final corporate identity. This was then implemented across a full range of stationery.
Website
Park Properties wanted a website to act as an initial point of information for existing and potential property purchasers. Nicola reviewed competitors' sites, made recommendations regarding functionality and devised a web brief. She then created the site, working with an external developer, including writing all the copy and sourcing appropriate images.
Brochure
Nicola was involved in the conception and creation (including copywriting) of a limited edition, hand-crafted brochure for one of Park Properties' key developments, Bridge House in Clifton, Bristol. The original Bridge House was completed in 1865, shortly after the opening of Brunel's world renowned Clifton Suspension Bridge, which it overlooks. This stunning building is being converted into 18 exclusive and luxurious apartments, for completion in 2007.
The brochure was produced to the highest production values to represent the luxurious finish the apartments will have on completion. Nicola also organised a preview event, which introduced the concept of Bridge House to influencers, referrers and potential purchasers. This resulted in a number of sales of apartments.
