Background
Nicola has played an active role in professional services marketing since the early 1990s, when she established and chaired the PSMG South West initiative from 1991-1997. From 1999 onwards, she was involved with the Professional Marketing Forum in the South West and, since 2005, has been the joint Regional Director for the region with Hilary Gladwell.
Her role involves the active promotion of the PMF locally to increase membership, as well as working with the local committee to create an annual speaker programme. Nicola was also involved in helping develop the Forum's website.
Nicola is regularly asked to speak at professional services networking events about best practice in professional services marketing.
